Cancellation and No Show Policies
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time there will be a 50% cancelation fee due before you can make your next appointment. If you no show an appointment there will be a fee of the full cost of your appointment. These fees offset the unrecoverable time and revenues lost associated with your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 7 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled there will be a 50% late cancelation fee that will be due before your next appointment. In that same regard if you decide to not receive a portion of the services that you were booked for once you arrive, there will a late cancellation fee for that portion of your services.

*Please know that we do send out appointment reminders 48 hours before your appointment as a courtesy but it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of your appointment times.*
Product Return Policy
Product exchanges are on a case by case basis.
There are no cash refunds for products.
Payment Method Policy
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Apple Pay.
We will only accept 1 Visa (or similar) gift card per transaction and the customer must know the exact amount on the Visa gift card.
Customers may use Evolution Aesthetics gift cards for both products and services.
